Asia-Pacific Institute for Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy Tourism （APIHC） is a mix-owned enterprise initiated by Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development, Chongqing Meteorological Service and World Federation of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy (FEMTEC). APIHC’s shareholders include Hakone Group, Chongqing Beiquan Hot Spring Development Co. ltd, Shete Meteorological Application Institute of Chongqing Meteorological Service, Tongjing Hot Spring Development Co. ltd of Chongqing Tourism Investment Group, etc. APIHC serves as "dual platforms and one base", namely, "technology and product R&D base", "academic and talent exchange platform", and "brand and project transformation platform".
